SHIPPING POLICY

​Standard shipping is free within the U.S.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

​All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) to be processed. Please send an email to customer.service@cigartrappings.com to obtain your RA.

YOU MAY CANCEL AN ORDER ANYTIME AS LONG AS IT HAS NOT SHIPPED. Refunds are provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • ​Clearance items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
  • Returned items must be returned with original packaging

​To initiate the return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. ​Send us an email requesting a refund or exchange and include your order ID.
  2. Ship item back to us at 6218 Georgia Ave NW Suite 1-563 Washington DC 20011 using the Return Authorization number. 
Once Item is checked and meets our return or exchange policy we will issue a credit or refund within 2-3 days.
